Tri Color Cheese Tortellini

Bring Italy home with our Tri Color Cheese Tortellini, made in the colors of the Italian flag. Paprika and spinach give our egg pasta its hue, inside which is a lightly seasoned blend of ricotta and asiago cheeses. Freezing preserves their fresh flavor: pull these tortellini straight from the freezer to boil. Five minutes later, serve them with one of our pestos or sauces, or thaw frozen tortellini out for making pasta salad.
