Cheese Tortellini

Filled with a creamy blend of ricotta and asiago cheeses, our tender tortellini are versatile as a quick and hearty hot entree or as a cold salad. Frozen to preserve freshness, they’re ready to cook right from the freezer. In just 5 minutes, you can have cheesy tortellini ready to serve with any of our pestos or sauces, or just thaw for a classic tortellini pasta salad.

Preparation
Bring water to a brisk boil. Add frozen tortellini and cook for 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain and serve your favorite way. For salads, thaw and serve.
