Combine hot sauce and butter in medium saucepan or large skillet. Heat on medium-high heat until butter is melted. Add frozen meatballs; stir until coated with sauce. Bring to boil. Cover. Cook on low heat 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally
Meanwhile, combine lettuce, celery, carrots and parsley in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill each roll with some of the lettuce mixture, 5 or 6 sauced meatballs and 2 Tablespoons cheese.
Chef’s Tips
- To give the meatballs something to nestle into and prevent them from rolling off the sandwich, remove some of the bread from the bottom part of the roll.
- Not a fan of blue cheese? Omit the cheese and substitute ranch dressing.
