Ingredients
3 lbs Armanino Gourmet Beef Meatballs (1 package)
1 lb pasteurized processed American cheese
4 oz cream cheese
12 oz beer
½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
Place meatballs in slow cooker. Cut cheese into small pieces. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Stir gently.
Cook on high 2 ½ to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Switch to warm setting to hold for up to 4 hours. Sauce will thicken as it cools down.
