This asparagus salad is super easy and super satisfying. Ingredient list: Asparagus, bacon, leek, hazelnuts, salt, EVO, balsamic glaze, Armanino Creamy Garlic Sauce. Trim and cut asparagus spears in half. Saute quickly over high heat until ‘crisp – tender’ and set aside. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and fry until crisp. Drain off fat and set aside. Cut leeks into thin slices and saute until just beginning to brown and set aside. Chop hazelnuts roughly and saute in a little butter until they begin to brown. Toss all ingredients together, season with salt, drizzle with a little EVO & Balsamic Glaze and finish with generous dollops of Creamy Garlic Sauce.
