Arugula, grilled salmon filet, mixed grains (we used a blend of couscous, quinoa, orzo pasta & baby garbanzo beans blended with Chimichurri Sauce), black beans, roasted corn, pickled red onions, queso fresco & a finishing drizzle of Chimichurri Sauce.
Our Argentinian style Chimichurri Sauce is loaded with fresh herbs, balanced with a dash of lime juice and a kick of jalapenos to finish it off. It’s terrific with seafood!
Breakfast in a bowl is always a winner. Try our take on a Chimichurri bowl: Sauteed sweet potatoes, avocado, spicy chicken sausage, roasted jalapenos, poached eggs, drizzle of sour cream, drizzle of Chimichurri Sauce.
This is a decadent sandwich. Start with a soft roll, swipe with mayo on both sides, mash on some ripe avocado, top with crispy pork carnitas, a crispy egg & finish with a generous spoonful of Chimichurri Sauce. Grab some napkins.
A Sous Vide steak is amazingly tender. Take the humble skirt steak, put it in a Sous Vide bath and let it cook for 8 hours, take it out, coat with your favorite seasoning, sear on high heat for 1 minute per side, and your done. All that steak needs is a dousing of our South American Chimichurri Sauce.
