Armanino Butternut Squash Ravioli

These large round ravioli with a house-made artisan look feature a sweet-savory butternut squash, ricotta and Parmesan filling wrapped in our colorful confetti pasta. They’re par-cooked for convenience, frozen to preserve their fresh flavor, and ready to cook directly from the freezer. Just boil and serve with any of our pestos or sauces, or simply toss with butter or olive oil, Parmesan and a splash of the pasta cooking water.
