CREAMY PESTO SALMON SUPPER       

  1 7-oz pkg
2 tbs
3/8 cup

Armanino Frozen Basil Pesto
sour cream
cream cheese
salmon steaks (or halibut, or other firm fish)

Combine pesto, sour cream and cream cheese and stir over 
low heat until barely warmed. Meanwhile, grill salmon 4 minutes 
on each side or until fish is done and flakes easily. Salmon can 
be broiled if preferred. Ladle warm sauce into serving dish and 
position steaks atop it.
Top with a bit of sauce for garnish. Serves 4.
