SINGLE SERVING

Armanino Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto
prepared polenta

Cook polenta according to package directions or use prepared polenta. 
Tamp well into shallow round dish and chill at least four hours. 

To serve, slice into wedges and grill each on both sides. Arrange
three wedges on a small appetizer plate and serve with two tablespoons
Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto at room temperature.
