Armanino Frozen Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto

Armanino Ravioli, Armanino Tortellini,
Armanino Gnocchi, linguine, spaghetti, rigatoni,
or other pasta of your choice

Bring 3 quarts water to boil. Salt to taste and add a bit of olive or
canola oil to prevent sticking. Add pasta and cook 6 to 12 minutes
or until desired firmness. Drain well, toss hot pasta with Dried Tomato
& Garlic Pesto. Top with a bit of grated Asiago cheese. Serves 4.

 

Tuscan Burger

 

Top grilled ground beef patty with grilled onions and 2 tbs Armanino Dried Tomato
& Garlic Pesto. Enclosed in one quarter of split crusty Italian sourdough or ciabatta.
Garnish with leaf lettuce and chopped fresh basil.

 

Riviera Chops

 

Coat boneless pork chops with Dijon mustard, let rest at least 15 minutes. Grill
chops and sliced onions until chops are well browned and just barely well done
(160º} and onions begin to caramelize. Place chops on warmed serving plate,
top with onions, smother with Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto.
