CILANTRO PESTO Pizza Spread pizza dough with Cilantro Pesto, top with chopped tomatoes, onions, red peppers, jalapeno slices, mozzarella and Monterey jack cheese. CILANTRO PESTO Veggie Quesadilla Saute mushrooms, diced red & green bell peppers; fill one side of tortilla with vegetables and mozzarella cheese. Pan fry until cheese is melted, top with Cilantro Pesto and sour cream. CILANTRO PESTO Sour Cream Blend one part Cilantro Pesto with one part sour cream. Use Cilantro Pesto to make a savory risotto, pilaf, fried rice or rice salad. CILANTRO PESTO Salad Dressing Mix Cilantro Pesto, wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use to dress green salads, pasta salads or steamed vegetables. CILANTRO PESTO Thai Sauce Mix Cilantro Pesto with a little rice vinegar and finely diced jalapenos and for a Thai dipping sauce.     Let your imagination soar!
