SHRIMP BAKED IN SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE PESTO 3 oz Southwest Chipotle Pesto 4 oz medium shrimp 1 tsp lemon juice in 1/2 c water Clean shrimp and rinse in lemon water. Toss with Chipotle Pesto and place in a single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake in 400º oven just until shrimp are done, about 8 to 10 minutes.       Let your imagination soar!
