Green Eggs & Ham           1 tbs Basil Pesto              2 tbs sweet peas               2 tbs finely chopped fresh spinach              2 well-beaten eggs. Mix all ingredients together, scramble, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and serve with sautéed ham fingers. A kids' delight.
