Armanino Frozen Basil
Pesto
half and half
russet potatoes
grated parmesan cheese |

Peel and slice
potatoes. Mix Basil Pesto with cream. Layer potatoes and pesto mixture in
baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake in
350º degree oven 35 minutes or until sauce has thickened and top
is golden brown.
Top with chopped fresh basil leaves. Serves 4.
