ARTICHOKE PESTO Aioli 
Blend  ARTICHOKE PESTO half and half with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Excellent for dipping artichoke, or any vegetable. Delicious as a spread for sandwiches.

ARTICHOKE PESTO mixed half and half
with sour cream is delicious served hot or cold on baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, or fish and seafood..

Vinaigrette 
Add one part white wine
vinegar to one part ARTICHOKE PESTO for a unique salad dresssing or marinade for fish and seafood.

Double Artichoke Pizza
Spread ARTICHOKE PESTO generously on a lightly baked pizza crust,  top with artichoke hearts, sliced tomatoes,
sliced black olives and a sprinkling of shredded parmesan and mozzarella and complete baking.

Low Carb Noodles 
Roll thin, lightly cooked crepes tightly and slice into noodles. Toss noodles with ARTICHOKE PESTO,
and heat to serving temperature.
Garnish with chopped chives and grilled vegetables.
