Tortellini with Savory Artichoke Sauce


FOR EACH  SERVING

     1 cup cooked cheese tortellini 
     3½ oz Armanino Artichoke Pesto
     ¼ cup sliced green olives 
     1 tsp capers 
     1 tsp diced pimientos
     1 Tbs diced onions 
     ½ Tbs minced garlic
     2 Tbs olive oil

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, sauté until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add artichoke pesto to skillet; stir until heated through. Add capers, olives and pimentos and mix for about 3 minutes. Add cooked cheese tortellini. Salt and pepper to taste.
