Artichoke
Pizza
with Bay Shrimp

FOR FOUR SERVINGS
10 oz baked pizza crust
4 oz shredded Mozzarella
4 oz Armanino Artichoke Pesto
1 oz roasted red bell pepper, diced
4 oz bay shrimp
Preheat oven to 450 F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese, then spread with artichoke pesto. Scatter roasted red bell pepper over crust. Bake for about 10 minutes, pull from oven and add shrimp. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
