Tomato, Artichoke, Shrimp Salad


FOR EACH  SERVING

     3½ oz cherry tomatoes
       1½ oz feta cheese
       1½ oz bay shrimp
       1 oz Armanino Artichoke Pesto

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large bowl. Dice the feta cheese in 1/4 inch pieces and add to the tomatoes. Toss with the bay shrimp and artichoke pesto. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
