Artichoke
Quesadilla with Crabmeat

FOR EACH SERVING
8-10" flour tortilla
3 Tbs Armanino Artichoke Pesto
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 oz crab meat
Spread artichoke pesto on flour tortilla and place on hot oiled pan over medium high heat. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Add crabmeat. Fold the tortilla in half when cheese is just starting to melt. Flip quesadilla and cook other side until golden brown. Remove from pan and cut into 4-8 slices. Serve with sour cream on the side.
