Greek Tortellini Salad with Sourdough Bread

Servings: 6
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz Armanino Cheese Tortellini
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
4 oz Olives, Black or Kalamata, sliced and drained
4 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/2 Cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup Pepperocini, sliced and drained
1/2 cup Italian or Greek Salad dressing

DIRECTIONS:

Cook Armanino Cheese Tortellini according to directions and rinse in cold water to help cool. Add the remaining ingredients, toss gently and chill. Sprinkle the top with parsley and serve.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a loaf of Colombo Sourdough Bread. Cut diagonally and place on a cookie sheet. Warm in oven for 10 minutes and serve with salad.
